11/6/2020-31/8/2020 54th Sutton Park Gates Run

COBOC has set up a virtual course around the 7 main gates of Sutton Park using an free app called MapRunF.

For more information about MapRunF and how to download it onto your smart phone click here

For some tips to ensure that MapRunF continues to work as you run round click here

Once you have downloaded MapRunF onto your smartphone you need to download the event file by following the instructions here

If you prefer to have a paper copy of the map rather than use the map on your phone you can download and print off a copy of the map here

When using MapRunF it is best to either hold your phone or strap it to your upper arm to maintain a good GPS signal. It does sometimes take a short time to register. Listen out for the beep when you have got to the gate to make sure it registers on MapRunF.

At the finish MapRunF will automatically upload your results or you can do it yourself. If your results state that you did not finish or you mispunched but you did actually go to all the gates you can revise your results on the MapRunF app. Please email ian.gamlen@virgin.net for more details.

Please note the following if you choose to participate:

You must follow the current government guidelines regarding social distancing.
